Summer is Ending

Only two more days until school starts. Goin into 10th grade. Since i made a "Beginning of Summer" picture~[link] i thought i'd make a finish too.

What would make this 100% complete is if i could do a solor glare! like this~[link] it with photoshop! i just don't know how! can anyone help me?
